John Williams has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate matters, from the perspective of the government, the advocate, the lender, the contractor, and as an owner of real estate himself. He has many years of experience with real estate transactions, from development to zoning, construction litigation, title issues, financing, buying and selling. He owns small businesses in the community. Prior to law school, Mr. Williams was a property manager and before that an industrial electrician.  His ability to advise clients from both a legal and practical perspective makes him an invaluable asset for clients facing real estate challenges.
